Have you got Acrobat Reader installed on your PC? To find out click on Start then Programs (or All Programs in Windows XP) and look for a listing saying Adobe Acrobat. |

If you have not got Acrobat Reader installed click here to download it. It's a free 8.6Mb download which will take around 25 minutes on a 56K modem or 3 minutes if you've got broadband. If you're not sure how to download and install programs please contact your Internet service provider. |

done all this but still can't open the files!" OK. If you're using a phone line connection to the Internet, the files may take a minute or two to download so please be patient. If you're using a broadband connection the files should download in a few seconds. If you're still having problems please contact your Internet service provider and tell them which website you're on and that you're having trouble downloading Acrobat files. |
