Club members – important changes to Wimbledon 2015 ticket draw
British Tennis is changing the way Wimbledon tickets are allocated to clubs and their members.
This change affects both you and East Glos. Please take action NOW.
Background
Each year, LTA affiliated clubs receive an allocation of Wimbledon tickets. East Glos distributes its tickets via a draw in the spring.
What’s changing
For Wimbledon 2015, to ensure you’re eligible to enter the ballot, you must opt in by 31st January 2015. The club’s allocation of tickets will be based on how many members have opted in.
Please take either of the following two actions
(A) If you are a British Tennis and an East Glos member please do as follows
- Login here.
- Click “Subscriptions” in the right hand blue panel.
- Tick the Opt In box near the end of the page.
- Ensure “My Tennis Venue” is linked to East Glos. Click link in right hand panel to check.
Please can you do this even if you do not want to go into the club’s Wimbledon draw. This will help the club to receive a larger ticket allocation.
(B) If you are not a British Tennis member and are an East Glos member and you want to enter the club’s Wimbledon draw you must register and then opt in using the steps above.

Again, even if you do not want to enter the Wimbledon draw it would be helpful if you can register and opt in as it will help the club to receive a larger ticket allocation.
