Our courses are open to everyone, not just club members. If you don’t have a racket, no problem, you can borrow one of ours.

Adult beginners courses and holiday classes
Perfect if you’re looking to learn the basics of tennis and enjoy a social and engaging experience. It’s a great first stepping stone into the club. You’ll be taught all you need to progress in a fun and active environment.
As well as term-time courses we also offer holiday beginners classes.
These typically take place over three days, and you book all three sessions or individual days.
Adult improvers courses and holiday classes
This is for you if you want to take your game to the next level. You’ll learn a range of tactics and strategies which you’ll find useful whether you play socially or competitively. We’ll help you improve your tennis and get an edge over your opponents.
As well as term-time courses we also offer holiday improvers classes.
These typically take place over five days and you book all three sessions or individual days.
Advanced adult courses
If you’re a more experienced player then you might like these two courses.
Adult match players is for players who are regularly competing for teams or in ladders. There’s advanced doubles and singles teaching to give you the edge over your opponents with a large focus on match play. You’ll enjoy a competitive and challenging environment.
Advanced doubles tactics will guide you through a range of high level doubles tactics including positioning, movement and shot selection. These classes are aimed at high level club players who are looking to get an edge over their opponents in competition.
Cardio Tennis: The ultimate full body workout
Cardio Tennis is a high energy 60-minute group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
It’s set on a tennis court and open to all ages and abilities. Supported by music and qualified instructors, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.
