East Glos launches staff recognition scheme

Mark Toseland with junior playersThe East Glos HR Committee has launched a staff recognition scheme.

The scheme aims to highlight the contribution that staff and coaches make above and beyond their core duties to ensure the continued success of our club.

With so many of the team to choose from, our first recipient is squash manager Mark Toseland.

Here’s what Mark has achieved in recent months:

  • Instigated a partnership with Cheltenham College to allow members additional access to the college’s squash courts at peak times.
  • Presented his vision for the squash coaching programme to the board.
  • Delivered the recent PSA $3k professional squash tournament, the highest-level tournament we have seen at the club. Mark secured several sponsors for this event and ensured local players gained access to the draw.
  • All of this is alongside the thriving junior squash coaching and competition programme, with the Junior Mavericks achieving success around the country.

Congratulations to Mark.
