Adult tennis and coaching for players of all abilities

A fantastic range of facilities and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere

Whether you’re a beginner, a rusty returner or an experienced player, you’ll be spoilt for choice. You can play all year round on our 17 all-weather floodlit courts and enjoy the feel of Wimbledon on our ten grass courts.

For adult members, upon joining the club, we’ll give you a free 45-minute coaching session and a free tube of Head balls. As well as giving you some tips to improve your game, the coach will guide you on how best to meet other members of the same standard and answer any questions you may have.

Adult courses for everyone, all year round

There’s a wide range of group courses for all standards.

Run by our team of experienced LTA qualified coaches, group courses at East Glos are a fun way to improve your tennis with others.

Individual lessons with our LTA qualified coaches

At East Glos, tennis coaching is much more than just teaching you forehands and backhands.

Whatever your level, we’ll work with you to identify what you want to achieve and tailor our coaching to meet your needs.

Social tennis: Flexible and fun

With six social tennis sessions a week, you can drop into any session, whenever you like. Perfect if you don’t want a regular commitment.

Teams and competitions

For experienced players, there’s so much choice for team play. We’re active in the Gloucestershire leagues, Aegon Team Tennis and GB Seniors.

Tennis ladders

Our seven tennis ladders are a great way of meeting other members and enjoying competitive play. There are ladders for ladies and men, singles, doubles and mixed. When you join the club we’ll show you how to sign up.
